Overview
We are all in this together, please treat each other with respect. Talking to each other is always the best way to solve any issue.
All Federal, Provincial and Municipal Laws apply and must be obeyed.
Management reserves the right to change the park rules at any time and without advanced notification.
Fees
Full payment is due when reservation is made.
Cancellation policy: $25 fee if cancelled more than 7 days from check-in, if less than 7 days no refund.
Non-Seasonal stays greater than 7 days the cancellation fee is 10% of the total fee paid.
A cancellation includes shortening a stay or changing dates.
Visitors must register at the park store. The fee per visitor is $5 per day or $10 per night for each visitor.
Vehicles
The park speed limit is 10 km/hour and must be obeyed at all times by all vehicles (motor homes, cars, motorcycles, golf carts etc.).
No vehicle may be operated while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
No one without a valid driver’s license may operate any vehicle.
All road signs must be obeyed by all vehicle types.
One trailer and one vehicle per site. All other vehicles or vehicles that do not fit completely on your pad must be parked in designated parking areas.
All motorhome towed vehicles and trailers must disconnect and reconnect in the main parking lot.
A limit of two vehicles and one trailer is allowed in the park for any one site. To park items beyond this limit requires the permission of management.
No parking on sites not assigned to your vehicle.
No parking on grass (including the fields) or park roads. This includes golf carts, ATVs etc.
No vehicles of any kind may be driven on any grass in the park.
Rules
We are an adults-only park (21+ years). Children may visit but must be accompanied by an adult.
Site holders must be at least 21 years of age.
Site holders are responsible for the behaviour of their guests.
Maximum of 6 guests per site.
Your site may only be used by the site holder and their immediate family. Sites may not be sub-leased, rented, sold etc. to any non-site holder.
Gate codes will be emailed prior to arrival. Do not share gate access codes. Please let your visitors in.
Check-in time is 1pm, check-out time is 11am.
No tents, tent trailers, cargo trailers or car/van camping is permitted. No non-commercial RVs. All RVs must be self-contained (include a bath, toilet and kitchen facilities).
Do not walk across sites that are not your own.
Quiet hours are 11pm-8am. No noise louder than an indoor conversation during these times.
Rowdy behaviour, excessive noise or swearing is not tolerated at any time.
No aggressive behaviour (i.e. physical/verbal threats) towards other guests or staff.
No alcohol/cannabis consumed off of sites
No smoking inside any building.
Fireworks are prohibited (sparklers excepted).
No drones may be used on or within the park’s boundaries.
Weapons of any kind (firearms, slingshots, bows/arrows, air guns etc.) are strictly prohibited. Only regular kitchen knives may be used on site, and never in a threatening manner.
Equipment & Structures
No generators may be used, except during a park-wide power outage.
No tents, inflatable pools, slides, bouncy castles etc. allowed on-sites.
Maximum of one picnic table per site.
No rugs, mats, dog fences etc. on grass.
No one is allowed to enter any electrical infrastructure such as breaker boxes, transformers etc. If a breaker is tripped please find a staff member to have it reset.
No items may be attached to any tree or property of Rolling Hills.
Pets
No dangerous or aggressive dog breeds.
All pets (cats, dogs etc.) must be on a leash at all times.
Dogs may not be left unattended on sites or in trailers.
No dogs inside buildings (service dogs excluded).
You must immediately pick up after your pets, including your own site.
Pets may not make excessive noise or disturb other persons.
Any pet biting another guest is grounds for immediate removal from the park.
Site Maintenance
No dangerous, toxic and/or noxious substances may be stored anywhere on your site.
No cutting of any tree, branch or shrub may be done without the express permission of park management.
Only household garbage may be put into the dumpsters. No mattresses, appliances, furniture, construction materials, chemicals, paint, propane tanks etc.
All garbage must be stored inside on your site or disposed of in the park dumpsters.
Fires
Campfires are only permitted in permitted fire pits.
No wood stoves. Fires may only be in an approved firepit on the ground (not on your deck).
Moving of firepits is not permitted without prior management approval.
No outside firewood.
Only wood may be burned on site, no leaves, garbage etc.
Burning of gasoline or other fuel types is strictly prohibited.
Pool
Read and obey all pool/hot tub signs/rules.
Children under 16 may not be in the pool without an adult over 21 years of age.
Other
You may not use Rolling Hills as an address for mail. Please get a P.O. Box or other alternative address. We take no responsibility for any mail/packages delivered to the park.
Do not wash clothes or dishes in bathrooms.
RV or vehicle washing is not permitted without prior approval.
Rolling Hills Campground is not responsible for personal injury or loss/damage to vehicles or personal property. We are not responsible for any lost food, damaged cords/electronics due to power outages or any water damage to trailers.
No one should willfully damage any public or private property, building or amenity.
We do not guarantee the up-time or availability of any amenity or feature of the park.
This agreement binds all family members and guests of the named site holder to these rules.
We reserve the right to evict any and all persons without refund that fail to comply with the rules and regulations or do not respect the rights of other guests and staff.
